General Construction
CAD Construction Corporation is a PCAB-licensed Category B general contractor that has built across Luzon since 1985. We take full responsibility for structural, civil, architectural and MEPFS works — from site preparation to turnover — for public and private clients including the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, PEZA, the University of the Philippines and First Gen.

Where does CAD Construction build?
Across Luzon — including Pangasinan, Metro Manila, Benguet (Baguio City), Nueva Ecija, Cavite and Rizal. Our main office is in Calasiao, Pangasinan.
Do you handle government projects?
Yes. Past government and institutional work includes the Pangasinan Legislative Building in Lingayen, the PEZA Baguio City Economic Zone Multipurpose Building, and works for UP Baguio.
