41 years of building trust
CAD Construction Corporation is a Philippine general contractor founded in 1985 and headquartered in Calasiao, Pangasinan. We are a PCAB-licensed Category B contractor and a D-U-N-S registered business, delivering building construction, fit-out, design and build, and construction management across Luzon.
Who we are
Over four decades, CAD Construction has built a reputation for high-quality building construction across diverse industries. Backed by a skilled and adaptable workforce, we go beyond expectations by providing value-added solutions tailored to every project.
We manage a wide range of work — low-rise commercial buildings, high-rise condominium fit-outs, schools, hospitals, housing developments, offices, industrial facilities and infrastructure. Our commitment to professionalism, reliability and client satisfaction has made us a trusted construction partner across Luzon, for clients such as Makati Development Corporation (Ayala Land), SMDC, PEZA, the University of the Philippines, First Gen and Toyota Manila Bay Corporation.
